L'Arbre Croche Club facilities include beach, pool and tennis courts.  The beach snack bar serves a lunch menu in the summer months.  Social events with catered dinners and live music are held on the beach.  The tennis program is very active under the direction of a full-time tennis pro with mixers and tennis camps.   Other activities include a children's day camp, sailing and golf outings at nearby golf courses throughout the summer season.

There is one class of membership with one designated member per household.  The legal spouse of a member is entitled to full club privileges and can serve on the Board of Directors or hold office.  The affairs of the Club are managed by the nine member Board of Directors with officers of President and Secretary-Treasurer.  For details on the Club organization see the L'Arbre Croche Club By-Laws.

Ownership of property in the L'Arbre Croche Development is a prerequisite to becoming eligible for membership in the Club.  Applications for membership are acted on by the Board and must be accompanied by the written sponsorship of two members plus letters of recommendation from five additional members.  For details on membership requirements and application procedures see the By-Laws and application form.

L'Arbre Croche has been developed with individually designed homes and condominiums that blend naturally with the terrain and coloration. All property in the L'Arbre Croche Development is subject to recorded deed restrictions which assures that this mission is preserved. The Club Architectural Committee enforces the restrictions relating to design and construction.  For details on building and design restrictions refer to the Deed Restrictions and the Architectural Guidelines established by the Architectural Committee.

The Club hires a manager and full time staff to handle the day to day operations including maintenance, bookkeeping and the rental program.  The Club offers property management services such as cleaning, weekly inspections, snow removal, delivery of fire wood and contracting for maintenance and repair services.

The Club facilitates the rental of homes for Club members. Club privileges will be extended to those renters who submit an application with endorsements by two Club members and approval from the Rental Committee.   A one week minimum rental period is required during July and August.
